Meeting puzzle takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres strictly to the rules of Swiss privacy laws. Personal data are collected, processed and used only in the necessary extent. A transfer of data to third parties occurs only for the payment operations and only in the necessary extent in each case. In no case will the data collected been sold, leased or disposed.
2. Data Treatment
When you visit the website MeetingPuzzle automatically collects and stores some information that your browser is giving us in the server logs . These are:

3. Information Gathering and Usage
Some personal information are collected when you create your MeetingPuzzle account. These are:
- Your account name
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your password (only hashed)
- The time zone in which you find yourself

MeetingPuzzle does not release any information of its users, if we do not have the explicit permission to do so or statutory disclosure requirements exist. Obviously we are not using your data for promotional purposes. We will never sell your data to third parties. MeetingPuzzle, however, is entitled to announce the existence of the collection at the request of the Federal Data Protection Commissioner and to fully or partially delete personal data at the request of the affected user.
5. User Responsibilities
The user undertakes to adhere in the processing of personal data to the Swiss Data Protection Designations and other applicable domestic and foreign data protection rules, and provides MeetingPuzzle (aicom) free from every obligation. The user has to verify the accuracy of its data and will correct or delete incorrect data on the notification of affected persons or of MeetingPuzzle itself.

The websites of MeetingPuzzle use so-called cookies. They serve to make our service user-friendly, effective and safe. Cookies are small text files sended from our Web server on your Web browser. MeetingPuzzle also uses cookies to identify users throughout the process of using MeetingPuzzle. This avoids that the user has to reidentify himself on each page.

Even if MeetingPuzzle stores certain information, you obviously reserves all rights to your data. We will never sell your personal data, transferring them to third parties or use them in another way to our advantage.

Information concerning the respect of your personal data MeetingPuzzle gladly gives you via e-mail (info@meetingpuzzle.com). MeetingPuzzle is entitled and obliged to grant people at their request any information under DSG Art. 8 and Art. 9 (Privacy Act).
